Olsson's Macrobiotic Sea Salt - pure concentrated ocean

 

Olsson’s Macrobiotic Sea salt is made by the action of sun and wind of sea water from the Great Barrier Reef. Harvested by hand, it remains free from any additives or preservatives. Unprocessed, unwashed and unrefined, Olsson’s Macrobiotic Sea Salt retains a natural balance of sea minerals and marine trace elements.

Description: Sea salt (sodium chloride) suitable for human consumption. Produced in Australia by solar evaporation, harvested in accordance with good manufacturing practice, under a HACCP Quality System that complies with the Australian Food Standards Code J2, 1993.

Colour: Crystal colour can vary from pale grey to pink opaque.
